COMPANY POLICIES:
Northrun Saddlery is a wholesale
distributor and does not sell directly to the general public. Please check
our website for local dealers in your area. If you are not able to find a
local dealer, please contact us directly for a free personal catalog.
TERMS: Net 30 days. Payment
by invoice
NO STATEMENT MAILED.

CLAIMS: Shortages must be
reported within 10 days of the invoice date. |
CREDIT: Having established
a satisfactory rating, merchandise will be shipped on open account.
Please write credit form. Credit not established, orders will be
shipped C.O.D.

RETURNS: Merchandise
returned must have WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. Contact us first giving our
invoice and reason for the return. A reasonable service fee will be
charged unless defective goods are involved. Defective merchandise
will be replaced whenever possible. |
MINIMUM ORDERS: We ask that
your orders total at least $100.00 net. Under that amount a $5.00
service charge will be applied.

BACK ORDERS: Items will be
shipped at the earliest upon receipt of new supply. Unless advised by
you, we will ship the back-ordered good as our stock is replenished. |
FREIGHT: Merchandise is
sold F.O.B.
